SAN FRANCISCO -(Dow - Apple Inc. (AAPL) investors may have to get used to knowing very little about Chief Executive Steve Jobs' health.
While Jobs' medical well-being may seem material to Apple investors, it would be very difficult proving that to a judge or board of directors, say securities law experts. Even a fight involving a CEO like Jobs - who is tied so closely to his company's fortunes - would likely come up short when courts are asked to weigh medical privacy and shareholder interest.
