North Korea's Kim Jong Il appeared in public for the first time since mid-August amid speculation about the health of the leader of the reclusive Stalinist country, North Korea's state- controlled KCNA news agency reported Saturday, dpa reported.
The 66-year-old Kim was reported to have appeared at a student football match.
