DENVER (AP) - Democratic House Speaker Nancy Pelosi of California says Congress needs to pass a second economic stimulus package worth 150 billion dollars because of the faltering economy.
Pelosi, who was in Denver today to tour a hospital, says the nation needs a stimulus package to create jobs by investing in infrastructure, to provide food stamps and unemployment insurance for people who've lost their jobs, and give states help in paying for Medicaid.
