President Yoweri Museveni has returned home from Egypt where he joined other 52 African Union leaders at the resort town of Sharm el Sheikh for the 11th AU Summit.
The President was received on arrival at Entebbe International Airport by the Vice President Professor Gilbert Bukenya. Others at the airport to welcome home the President included the Mayor of Entebbe Municipality Stephen Kabuye, the Chief of Defence Forces General Aronda Nyakairima, the Inspector General of Police Major General Kale Kayihura and the Commissioner General of Prisons Dr. Johnson Byabashaija.

AT a time such as this one when the whole nation is at the tenterhooks and anxious over the ill-health of President Levy Patrick Mwanawasa who was taken ill in Egypt after he suffered a stroke, there is need to be sober and civil.
