WASHINGTON: External Affairs Minister Pranab Mukherjee will sign tomorrow a landmark civilian nuclear pact with Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, her spokesman said here yesterday.
“On Friday at 4 o’clock (2000 GMT) the secretary will sign with the Indian Foreign Minister Mukherjee, the India civil nuclear agreement,” State Department spokesman Sean McCormack told reporters.
